Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the program

Thanks for helping families discover LearnSpark. Before you unlock your share links, please read and accept these Affiliate Program Terms. They apply alongside LearnSpark's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. A separate signed partner agreement takes priority where it expressly says otherwise.

2. How a referral is recorded

Ask the person to open your affiliate link and complete a signup during that visit, such as a webinar registration, resource or newsletter signup, or a LearnSpark account signup. That signup records their referral. Just visiting a page or clicking your link does not create a tracked lead.

We do not use an affiliate cookie or persistent browser memory to credit a later visit. If someone returns without your link and then signs up, that visit will not record a new referral to you. They should use the same email when they sign up and purchase so we can match their referral.

3. Your 90-day referral window

A tracked signup opens a 90-day window for the person's first qualifying purchase. If they make that purchase within the window, it is attributed to you. If they do not, they leave your active referral list when the window ends; no commission is earned from a later purchase outside that window.

You can invite them again. Once the previous window has ended, a fresh signup through your affiliate link starts a new 90-day window and brings them back onto your list. A page visit alone does not restart the window. Signing up again while a window is still open does not extend it or move the referral to another affiliate.

Customers who make their first qualifying purchase in time stay attributed to their affiliate for eligible recurring subscription payments. A later link does not transfer an established paying customer to another affiliate.

4. Commission and refunds

Your account shows your commission rate. The standard rate is 30%; approved Preferred Partners normally receive 40%. Commission is earned on qualifying paid LearnSpark subscription revenue we receive, including eligible recurring payments for customers you converted within a referral window. Free signups, unpaid invoices, self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent activity do not earn commission.

Refunded or reversed payments and chargebacks do not earn commission. Related unpaid commissions may be cancelled, and commission already paid on a refunded or reversed payment may be recovered or deducted from future earnings. A fully reversed purchase does not by itself establish ongoing commission eligibility.

5. When you receive payment

You can refer people and build eligible earnings before connecting Stripe. Payouts start once your Stripe setup is complete and verified, your available balance meets the payout threshold shown in your account, and the waiting periods have ended.

The first payment waits 44 days: the customer's 30-day refund period plus 14 days. Later subscription payments wait 14 days. Eligible commissions are paid automatically together when the conditions are met; this can include the first and second payments in the same payout. Payout timing also depends on Stripe processing and verification. You are responsible for accurate payment details and any taxes you owe.

6. Sharing LearnSpark thoughtfully

Please represent LearnSpark honestly and respectfully. Use accurate, current product information and the official brand assets we provide. Do not imply you are LearnSpark, promise outcomes we do not promise, make misleading education, accreditation, price or refund claims, or offer unapproved discounts or guarantees.

Be clear that you may receive commission when someone purchases through your referral. Put that disclosure close to the recommendation or link, in language people can easily understand—for example, 'I may earn a commission if you join LearnSpark through this link.' Follow applicable advertising, privacy and communications rules.

Please do not use spam or unsolicited bulk messages, fake accounts or reviews, purchased or fabricated signups, self-referrals, incentives intended to manipulate attribution, unauthorised brand or trademark bidding, or methods that harm families or LearnSpark's reputation. Do not collect or misuse a family's private information.

7. Keeping the program fair

To protect families and the program, LearnSpark may review referrals, pause payouts during an investigation, remove affiliate access, or end participation where we reasonably believe there has been misrepresentation of our brand, misleading promotion, fraud, abuse, a breach of these terms, or other conduct that harms the program or our reputation.

We may cancel unpaid commissions connected to that activity and recover related commissions already paid, including by offsetting future earnings. We may also correct attribution or payment errors. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you a way to ask us to review the decision. Legitimate earnings unrelated to the issue remain subject to the normal payment and refund rules.

8. Changes and ending participation

You may stop sharing your links at any time. LearnSpark may change or close the program, with notice where practical. Updated terms may require fresh acceptance before you use your links. Changes to rates or rules apply prospectively and do not remove legitimate commissions already earned, except for refunds, errors or prohibited activity described above. There is no guaranteed income or minimum volume of referrals.

9. Questions

If a referral or payout does not look right, contact [email protected] with the relevant dates. Please do not send payment credentials or private information about a child. The governing-law, liability and dispute provisions in LearnSpark's Terms of Service also apply to this program.
